Hello!
I will be using this blog page to host my thoughts on issues around education, generally in educational leadership and management, teacher recruitment and retention and physics education. I will also have some posts about my own research and how you may wish to participate.
I am a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Chester and I teach Educational Leadership. I have spent my whole career in and around education, as a teacher, a school leader, an academic and working for a learned society.
